WHAT’S INCLUDED
As part of your subscription to Jungle Juice Academy’s service, you will receive the following:
- Access to the Jungle Juice App.
- Use of the “Done For You” product sourcing service powered by our Jungle Juice App and backend systems.
- A dedicated WhatsApp group
- Onboarding support.
- Access to future features and updates as released.
Services Delivered by Our Team
- Product sourcing and supplier identification.
- Supplier communication and negotiation on your behalf.
- Sample receipt and product testing (if required).
- Keyword research for product listings.
- Listings created and published.
- Free labelling of first orders of each product. Labelling of any reorders will be charged at £20 per box of 100 items. We reserve the right to charge more if products need a significant amount of repackaging, taping or other form of processing.
- Professional product images per product (we reserve the right to charge for additional images if requested).
- One video per product for marketing, including TikTok use and Amazon upload. Video and marketing components may take up to 4–8 weeks post-product delivery due to influencer scheduling.
- FBA (“Fulfilled by Amazon”) setup where possible.
- Listing optimization. We will provide listing optimisation support where necessary, including multiple rounds of edits and updates to improve product performance. This does not constitute full account management, and outcomes may vary based on marketplace dynamics and client cooperation.
- Buyback Guarantee
We offer a Buyback Guarantee on qualifying non-performing products to provide peace of mind with your initial stock purchase.
Key Terms:
Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to your first stock purchase of a product through our service. Reorders, restocks, or inventory sourced independently are excluded.
Buyback Cap: The maximum amount eligible for buyback is £300 per product, regardless of the quantity originally purchased.
Claim Window: To activate the guarantee, you must submit a written buyback request no earlier than 90 days and no later than 150 days from the date of the date it became available for sale on Amazon.
Inventory Verification: You must provide clear, timestamped photographic or video evidence of unsold inventory in original, resalable condition at the time of request. We reserve the right to request return of the unsold goods prior to buyback approval.
Condition of Goods: Products must be undamaged, unused, and in merchantable condition, including original packaging, labelling, and barcodes where applicable.
Client Requirements: To qualify for the guarantee, the client must:
- Be on an active Professional Plan at the time of both purchase and claim;
- Have listed the product at a price no more than 10% below the Helium 10 Suggested Retail Price for that item at the time of launch.
Exclusions: The guarantee does not apply to products that:
- Have sold in quantities exceeding 50% of the initial order volume;
- Have received Amazon warnings, policy violations, or suspensions due to compliance issues;
- Were discontinued, removed from sale, or materially altered by the client;
- Were listed with pricing that did not follow the Helium 10 guideline as stated above;
- Were not actively advertised or promoted during the guarantee period.
Redemption: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of inventory receipt at Jungle Juice HQ and confirmation.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete each service element in a timely manner. Delays resulting from third parties (such as Amazon, suppliers, or content creators) are outside our direct control and do not constitute breach of contract.

Scope of Work
This outline is intended to clarify what is included in our standard service offering. It does not represent a commitment to specific outcomes or timelines. All services are subject to fair use, availability of third parties (e.g. suppliers, photographers), and client cooperation.
Limitations of Service
Our services do not include Amazon account management, ongoing PPC campaigns, or customer support on Amazon unless explicitly stated.
Marketing and creative timelines (videos, images) may vary depending on influencer availability and product readiness.
Service delivery is dependent on timely product sourcing, supplier communication, and your response time. Delays outside our control do not constitute breach of contract.
Right to Modify Services
DSA Capital Limited reserves the right to add, revise or discontinue any included feature or deliverable at any time.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee sales, profits, or ranking performance. Success depends on multiple external factors including market trends, pricing, and competition.
LEGAL NOTICE
This document forms an integral part of the Jungle Juice Academy Terms of Service. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inclusions outlined herein, subject to the conditions, limitations, and responsibilities set forth in the full Terms of Service.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED:
- Product and Importation Costs. You are responsible for purchasing inventory and covering shipping, customs, duties, and any applicable taxes related to import.
- Amazon Barcodes (GTIN/UPC/EAN). We do not provide GS1 barcodes or Amazon-approved product identifiers. If required, these must be purchased by the Client.
- Ongoing Amazon Account Management. We do not manage your Amazon account on your behalf. This includes, but is not limited to, responding to customer messages, managing stock levels, running PPC ads, handling returns or refunds, or dealing with policy notifications.
- Customer Support on Marketplaces. Handling end-customer queries, complaints, and feedback Amazon or other marketplaces is your responsibility.
- Product Liability Insurance. It is your obligation to obtain and maintain any required insurance for your products.
- Legal or Compliance Advice. We do not offer legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice. Clients should consult with appropriate professionals.
- Patent or Trademark Checks. While we do check all prospective products, we are not responsible for verifying the intellectual property (IP) status of said products. Clients must ensure that sourced products do not infringe on existing IP rights.
- Custom Branding, Packaging Design, or Inserts. Custom brand design or insert creation is not included unless explicitly arranged as a separate service.
- Influencer Management or Long-Term Content Campaigns. While one video per product is included, we do not manage influencer accounts, create long-term campaigns, or guarantee platform-specific success on TikTok, Instagram, or Amazon.
- Future Business Costs. Any future or ongoing expenses required to operate your e-commerce business (e.g. liability insurance, monthly marketplace fees, VAT registration, PPC ads, etc.) are not included in your package.
This list is not exhaustive. Any services or features not expressly stated as included in your chosen package should be assumed to be outside the scope of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
